There may be several techniques that are chosen, we can generally do about 3 techniques in one session, however there may be a need to come back after the initial session to do a deeper, longer technique.
Bring your issue, your intention and let Spirit move the rest. You don’t need to understand what is happening, the mind catches up last, you will feel the difference by the end of your bespoke session.
Techniques available - Grounding & Balancing:
